Negative: My family and I chose this facility as we had a formal function to attend to that night. Seeing that it was only 10 mins away, we thought it would be convenient. Parking area was very dodgy, Dark and very dusty. The public foyer was very hot and humid. No ventilation, not even a ceiling fan on. Not a area you want to be in more than 5 minutes. Sadly, there were no mirrors in any of the apartment rooms. Only face height mirrors in the bathroom. My wife and 2 daughters had to use the reflection off the fridge panel to get ready. It may be minor but it is a point deducted for us as far as convenience is concerned. Aircon compressor near master bedroom made loud humming noise making it difficult to sleep at night. All aircons need to be serviced. Musty odour emitting from aircon when switched on. All these little things need attention as it does make a difference when I start comparing to other properties I have stayed in.
