our home does have a separate rental suite on the main level which is also a short term rental These spaces are completely separate with their own private entrance and no space is shared between the units.

★ smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookah, and incense
are strictly prohibited in the property
★ glitter, confetti, and streamers are not permitted on

★ all guests must be declared on the
reservation any additional guests that arrive without
permission will be vacated off the property for
trespassing any unregistered guests will be
charged a $50 additional guest fee per person
★ additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house
is left messy and unorderly please follow check out
procedures prior to departure
★ if the property is not vacated by 10 am, a late check-
out fee of $50 will be applied for each additional 30
minutes
