Positive: Beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated flat with a kitchen that contains everything very nice for shorter stays like bottled water, coffee, tea, spices, oil etc. Carmen, the owner, also receives you personally. That is a relief compared to the impersonal access code flats that are more and more on the market. I highly recommend this flat.
