Summary: This cottage property was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Bethany Beach. It was only a short drive from Bethany Beach proper, but with the wonderful added benefit of a quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach. We drove to Bethany daily for different restaurants and visiting the boardwalk. It was also a nice property for our 7month and 2 year old - 1 floor/no steps, spacious living room area and enclosed porch were safe areas for the kids to play. Some items in the kitchen were a bit dated, but it was added character that we didn’t mind at all. New washer and dryer were a great asset to us! The property doesn’t have ‘baby’ gear but we used a local rental company to drop off and pick up for our stay and it worked great for us! We are already excited to plan a trip next year and if we return to Bethany we would absolutely stay here again.
