Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.

they are rare, but, if, at any time, our property is under a tropical storm/hurricane watch, where the national weather service (nws) published hurricane “incidence cone” remains focused on our geographic region, with projections of a category strength of cat 1, or more, forty-eight (48) hours prior to your booking, we will attempt to contact you to notify you that we are cancelling your booking We HIGHLY recommend purchasing travel insurance in the event that a weather event happens and your stay cannot start or is interrupted, as no refunds will be granted for impending or unfortunate weather.
