please note, this is a lakehouse surrounded by nature As such, you may encounter various wildlife and natural elements during your stay, including but not limited to: spiders, ants, scorpions, wasps, bees, lizards, frogs, turtles, snakes, bugs, herons, egrets, birds, etc. These creatures are part of the environment, particularly around the dock and outdoor areas.
while the property is regularly sprayed by a professional exterminator, nature cannot be controlled, and sightings of these animals or insects are inevitable in a log cabin lakehouse on the water, surrounded by trees
no refunds will be granted for encounters with any wildlife or insects, as this is an inherent part of the lakefront experience Thank you for your understanding and for embracing the beauty and serenity of the natural world!.
