A bright three bedroom apartment very close to Old Town and everything that Dubrovnik has to offer. Located in a very quiet, peaceful and charming neighborhood, the location is very central and considered as one of the prime spots in Dubrovnik.
the apartment is located in the old house tucked back from the main street, away from crowds, overlooking a beautiful garden The whole apartment boasts high ceilings, in-keeping with the traditional architecture of the period. The close proximity to Gradac Park and rocky swimming area is a bonus.
all facilities are available within a 5 minute walk from the house, ie. grocery stores, bakery, restaurants, pubs and local shops.
the apartment occupies the entire first floor of the building There are just 5 stairs from the street up to the building, so the apartment is suitable for guests who have difficulty walking.
