the pool is 4ft deep NO diving is allowed at anytime. Currently, the pool is not heated so if you are booking this home in the colder months, please be aware of this. Usually in the summer the pool will be better 70s- mid 80s.

the bedroom with the bunks beds - the bottom two bunk beds are the only allowable beds to be used We do not provide any way to get to the top two bunks as they are NOT for guest use. The bottom two beds will be available for your stay. There is a full wall between the two beds and create a "pod" feeling once in the space.

any and all amplified outside music is not allowed per the county code We do not supply any speakers and we do not allow any speakers at the property.

pets are not allowed at this property due to the homeowner having severe allergies and asthma

this property is located on about 3 miles of dirt roads a four wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain
