The "12th hole" unit at Stillwater's is located in Golf Colony Condos. The Golf Colony is a beautiful set of condos located just minutes from Stillwaters' Harbor Point Marina. Auburn is a short 25 mile ride down Hwy 280. This unit is a short walk across the street from the lake and the wonderful Church of the Living Waters where summer services are presented. The Golf Course is also very close and offers a challenging day for all who play. This unit offers a pool with a hot tub directly next to condo. Visitors also have access to the Stillwaters' pool and Tennis courts located just around the corner. There is a rear deck which is fully screened with a view of the fairway of the old Golf Course. Unit 308 has 3 spacious bedrooms, an inviting kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, a roomy living room and large porch for viewing the deer that graze feet from the patio each afternoon.
