this tastefully decorated executive level residence, boasts granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, custom furnishings and beautiful 20 inch tile floors throughout (wood in the bedrooms)
the upgraded living room, dining room, and kitchen overlook indian rocks beach and the beachfront pool and hot tub There is also a huge balcony with plenty of seating to sit, relax, and enjoy a good book, or a glass of wine while watching the sunset after a long day at the beach. this condo features brand new beachy gray laminate throughout, too!
you will be able to relax in a king size bed in the master with flat screen tv, a large attached bathroom with a double sink vanity, walk-in shower plus a large walk in closet
the guest room has a two twin sized bed with it's own flat screen tv (Please note that these two twin beds can be converted into a king sized bed if you are traveling with two couples, just ask)! There is even a queen-sized sleeper sofa for your extended family or friends. Enjoy free WiFi throughout the condo to keep you connected to your family back home and smart TV's in both bedrooms and the living room for streaming your favorite shows and movies.
the gourmet and new kitchen is equipped with every last detail you can imagine so you can enjoy a home cooked meal, and there is plenty of seating at the breakfast bar too!
