Clean energy solar panels & a small deck overlooking private lake.

the house is permitted & guests shall not exceed occupancies of 4 total daytime and overnight guests at all times A total of two (2) cars may be parked in the driveway at all times. Violations will be reported and subject to booking termination without a refund. This is on nonnegotiable as it is REQUIRED by the Town of Rhinebeck zoning department.

there is a doorbell ring device at the front door as well as a back deck ring camera to ensure safety and insurance requirements We have an ADT security system equipped inside the house. There are no indoor cameras anywhere inside the home. There are motion sensors in the main bedroom to detect a break-in through a window, in the main living area and front and back doors. The house should not be armed during the stay and the panel shall not be accessed either.
