owner lives on-site Rental can sleep four with a full size bed and full size futon. For those with kids, the school playground is across the street.
full kitchen with cookware and utensils for cooking most normal meals Linen and bed clothes provided, including a pack and play and sheets. Storage for snowmobile gear! Rental has Wifi and 32" HDTV with Amazon Fire Stick. Wifi can be sluggish or intermittent.

i provide a firestick for tv, but you must log into your own account, and you may not purchase anything using my account Anything purchased will require full reimbursement.
the additional rules are common sense; ie wash and put away dishes, strip beds and gather dirty towels into provided laundry baskets, close windows, turn off lights/fans, etc. Generally, leave the space as clean as you found it.

one dog is allowed, with a $35 pet fee Pets are not allowed on furniture, and due to past damage, the pet must go with you when you leave. I have a dog, too, so pets must be leashed when outside. If your pet has an accident, you're expected to clean it up so the condition is as good as it was upon check-in, including smell.
