This immaculate and updated 3-bedroom, 3 full bath home is the perfect beach getaway boasting natural sunlight, gleaming hardwood floors and central air throughout! Perfectly situated a short stroll to popular restaurants (Aunt Carrie's, Iggy's, Spain, The Break Hotel) and Camp Cronin Beach. Additionally, it is located a short distance to Roger Wheeler State Beach and Scarborough State Beach.
upon entering, a mudroom greets you, where you can store those sandals and enter the heart of the home, where a light and bright open floor plan invites you to stay! the spacious kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a center island The center island seats 4, great for informal dining. Open to the kitchen is the dining room that comfortably seats 4-6. The family room includes a three-pane slider allowing for a distant view of the ocean, a 46” flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The main floor also includes a washer and dryer and a first-floor bedroom. The bedroom holds a queen size bed, dresser, free standing fan, alarm clock and a pocket door that leads to a full bathroom with a shower-stall only. This full bathroom can be accessed through the mudroom as well.
the second-floor features two en-suite bedrooms The large master bedroom en-suite includes a king size bed, nightstand, dresser, ceiling fan, alarm clock, walk-in closet, 50” flat screen TV and a private balcony that faces the ocean (balcony has 3+ chairs for guests use). The bathroom includes a double vanity sink, and a floor-to-ceiling tiled shower. The second en-suite bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstand, dresser, free standing fan and an alarm clock. The bathroom has a shower-stall only.
