Large (45 m2) and elegant studio, very bright in all seasons, located in one of the most beautiful old palaces "Belle Epoque" in Menton: It is ideally located in the city: at the heart of everything and at the bottom of a park in seafront, with a very nice view of the sea and the garden.
the building has two entrances, one on the sea side, exactly on the seaside promenade, at the bottom of the garden, and another, on the city side, in the center of all shops (Daily halls, Carrefour city, Naturalia, bakery voted best bakery in the Southeast, pedestrian streets, etc.)
