Summary: We did not have a car and I didn’t realise that its location was as remote as it was. We went to visit our daughter in Gronellers and it was really too far to walk and not pleasant as in the middle of an industrial estate. The staff were not friendly and when I asked for two extra pillows as the ones we had were not good, the woman said she had only one when I could see there was another in the same cupboard.
