The landing has more seating to enjoy the lake views. From the landing you will find the new patio with lots of seating and a fire pit. from the patio you will find a gently sloped walk down to the water There are low rise steps to the water. There is a view landing at the water with seating. The spacious dock offers plenty of seating. The dock has 2 sets of steps going directly into the water, the newest set has anti-slip water treads. At times, depending on the water level, there is a small beach area off 1 side of the dock, perfect for the kids to play. There is a large porch swing just over the water to relax at Stone Ridge.

we have plenty of space to tie your boat up If you are interested in renting a boat, we can provide you with a list of local boat rental companies. We are at the end of the cove and it's great for enjoying the water, 2-minute boat ride to the public boat launch and 3-minute boat ride to the marina.
the neighborhood is paved, and we have a large parking pad for 4 to 5 vehicles
we are a family friendly property We have plenty of board games, outdoor games, toddler/youth toys, highchair, baby gate and a pack & play with sheets. The deck off the master porch offers a closing gate to keep the little ones from navigating the stairs.
this is a 1 level house, perfect for a multi-generational family There are just 3 steps to the inside of the house. The 2 large balcony decks are level to the house.
all linens are provided, with extra pillows, blankets and sheet sets All linens are washed in hot water with detergent and sanitizer. All cleaning practices are per Covid standards. We have an air purifier in the main living room.

*we have security cameras on the outside of the property We do not monitor these regularly, they are for safety and security of the house when we are not there. These do not face towards the inside of the property.
*the internet operates all of our smart devices for the home If we notice the smart devices are offline, and there is no outage reported in the area, we may contact you to ask if the internet has been unplugged. Do not unplug the internet unless it is being reset, it runs our smart devices in the home.
*also, at the lake, the power and internet can go out from time to time Simply unplug and replug the internet box to reset it. This is out of our control, there are no refunds for these types of events.
*we do not allow the boat lifts to be used by guests There is a $350.00 fee for any damage to the boat lifts.
*the garages are not for guests to use unless otherwise specified
*the master closet, boat house and storage under the deck are not for guest use
*no smoking at this property There is a $2500.00 cleaning fee if smoke is detected in the house.
*there are door ajar sensors on each outside door, this is for the smart ac unit
*this is your vacation, please feel free to adjust the inside temperature to your liking
please, however, do not turn the ac down past 68 This may freeze the unit. Any damage will be charged to you.
*no wet bathing suits on the furniture
*please clean all your items from the fridge and freezer upon departure
*trash bin is outside Please sack your trash and put it in bin.
*trash pick up is on tuesday, the trash bin must be placed at the top of the driveway by monday night for pick up
*the yard maintenance crew comes once a week You may see them during your stay. They do not start before 8am. They usually finish service in 45 minutes.
*if the house and property is left excessively dirty, an extra cleaning fee will be charged
*we do not ask you to: strip the beds or start laundry, this is your vacation We ask that the towels are either thrown on the bathroom floor or put into the laundry hamper in the linen closet.
*we ask that you put dirty dishes in the dishwasher
*we have a septic system, please do not flush anything other than toilet tissue Any damage to the septic system you will be responsible for those fees.
* quiet times are from 10pm until 7am every day We have neighbors on each side of us, please be respectful. Please remember sound travels on the water, we are in a cove with several neighbors and docks, please be respectful on the water.
*no glass on the dock Please remove all trash from the dock.
*no parties or events, again, we have cameras on the property
*the interior and exterior are treated for insects monthly We sweep down the cobwebs, blow off the decks and tidy up the patios upon arrival. the cobwebs will be back in the morning, they are determined little creatures!
*there are neighborhood dogs and cats around here, we do not have a fenced in yard If these pets wander into the yard, we usually ignore them, and they go away. Please do not feed them.
*the posted and enforced speed limit is 15mph Neighbors and kids are often playing, jogging or riding bikes. This is a narrow road, often only 1 car can go through at a time, please be prepared to pull aside to allow others to pass.
