This is a great quiet get away location at Hyco Lake located on the south end of the lake without a lot of boat traffic. House has two main floor bedrooms, 3 full baths, Kitchen, Dinning area and Living room. There are two pull out sofa beds in Living room. Each main floor bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom has bathroom inside room. The second bathroom is in the hallway. On the bottom floor there is a bedroom with two twin beds and a third bathroom. Note that the bottom floor bedroom is only accessible from an outside door on bottom floor porch as there is no staircase inside. The Living and Dining room have windows facing the lake with doors that open up to a screened in deck with a swing. There is a concrete patio below the screen in deck where the gas grill is located.
due to the water being shallower on this end of the lake only fishing boats or jetskis are allowed at the dock We have our boats on the lifts but there are cleats and bumpers if you need to tie up your boat during your stay. There are two Kayaks with paddles and life jackets available at the dock for your use. We also have fold out chairs down at the dock for your use.
