Positive: Clean, well-supplied kitchen, and good location for being close to convention center. Nice table outside and garden space. Vince responded quickly to any questions we had. The lock needed a battery replaced while we were there and Vince responded very quickly and arranged a suitable time with us to have maintenance come and replace it (in less than 1 day). Very happy with the response and care from Vince and would stay here again.
Negative: The management company sent several external links for the deposit well before it was due, but this was settled through Booking.com and we had no issues otherwise with getting the deposit returned after the stay.
