the happy days house is great for a medium-sized group or comfortable for 1 or 2 This spacious (13Ksq ft) beautiful remodel has a 50's era cottage feel where Fonzie and the gang are remembered like old family friends.

as you enter you’ll go through the well-loved backyard to the back door and begin your experience at our cottage-like home enjoy the outdoor dining table, fire-pit, and bar-b-que grill and hot-tub!
inside on the first floor, you have the kitchen, dining room, and living room which are open and connected This area is perfect for people to gather, and relax, yet it has a cozy feel.
the kitchen is large and well-appointed with everything you might need for coffee and cooking You can easily seat 8 in the dining room (6 at the table and 2 at the peninsula). There is also a large window seat just beyond the dining room table for extra seating.
the kitchen's peninsula counter and bar stools are a great place to set set up when remote working That's what I like to do when I'm there.
the living room has a queen-sized pull-out bed with a beautiful fireplace anchoring the space and original leaded glass windows
