the white sands of seacliff beach are just 150m from the house via a private access path off the back of the property
it is a 25 min drive to the airport, 15 mins flinders hospital and university, and 30 mins drive to adelaide city Take advantage of the 2 offstreet driveway car parking spaces. The train station is only 550m away from the house. There is also a bus route approximately 1 KM away.
you will need to be able to navigate stairs inside the property and also to get to beachfront
