the cabins are conveniently located just minutes from ymca camp coniston, 20 minutes away from sunapee and 30 minutes from dartmouth college, making it a great spot for outdoor enthusiasts with nearby hiking and skiing Hike and ski the trails at Mount Sunapee, swim and paddle in the pond, or explore the local area.

the cabin features two bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of natural light The master bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom/sleeping loft sleeps 6 and features a queen bed, 2 twin beds and a futon. The living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the great outdoors. The room features a comfortable sofa, with a Wi-Fi Smart TV and DVD player, perfect for streaming your favorite shows or movies. The full kitchen with granite counters is fully equipped, so you can cook up a storm or just make a cup of tea. The dining table seats six and is the perfect spot for family meals. However, please note that guests are required to bring their own bottled water for consumption. The cabin is equipped with a water dispenser and can accommodate a 4 or 5 gallon water jug, which can be purchased at local grocery stores. The bathroom is modern and clean, featuring a walk-in shower and all the necessary amenities, as well as a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. the little cabin retreat is dog-friendly We invite a maximum of two (2) well-behaved dogs to accompany you during your stay. Dogs must be leashed on and off property. New Hampshire has a leash law.
please leave pups that scratch, chew, or bark excessively at home Dogs eligible to stay at our cabin must have no bite history. Certain breeds may not be accepted. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the tiny cabin. We ask that dogs be well-groomed and that owner’s bring a blanket or bed, so that the dog doesn’t use the cabin bedding or furniture.

the cabins offer waterfront access to rocky bound pond, where guests can enjoy the private 40' aluminum dock Water activities such as swimming, fishing, and boating are available for guests to enjoy. Your stay includes a 3-person canoe and boat mooring (can hold up to a 20' pontoon boat). We offer kayak, paddleboard, and floating mat rentals for an additional fee. The shorefront to Rocky Bound Pond is shared with other guests.

our cabins are located in a pond community with several cabins and cottages along a rustic dirt road in croydon, nh and are easily accessed off i-89 There is onsite parking for two vehicles in each driveway and are easily accessible from the driveways.

atv’s are allowed on certain roads throughout croydon that tie into class vi roads and trail system that provides miles of exploring There are several local snowmobile trailheads nearby.

the cabins are located in the mountains and subject to potentially large snowfalls The location is rural and the Cabin driveways and walkways to the front doors are plowed and shoveled professionally. We cannot control what time of day the plow comes and it's safe to assume the larger the snowfall, the longer the plow delay. The plow may not come for smaller snowfall. Shovels and sand/salt are provided for your convenience. Please monitor weather forecasts prior to your arrival.

No smoking is allowed in or around the property. If any sign of smoking is discovered, Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the Guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.

- please be considerate when using cooking spices We all love flavor, but some smells permeate longer than your stay. Any excessive odor may result in additional fees charged. Do not cook with strong aromatic foods and heavy spices inside the cabin, please use the outside grill.
