the whole flat except the 4th bedroom where are stored personal belongings
where to park:
a visitor parking slot is available in the garage building
there is only one visitor slot and we can't guarantee it will be free during your stay However if it is not, I will do my best for you can use another slot, however I can't guarantee it..
i strongly recommend to let me know, you'll need a parking space at the time of the booking

strictly no parties and/or more guests than the ones accepted
before the check out i'll ask you :
to leave downstairs in the shower tray bathroom the household linen used during your stay (bed linen, table linen, towels and tea towels used during your stay)
to empty the place' bins and garbage (kitchen and bathrooms) and to take them out in the building' bins local
i'm not asking the guests to do a full cleaning, however i'm expecting the place to be tidy and clean cleaning fees cover household linen provided and professional cleaning before check-in and household linen cleaning after check-out..
