located in the small town of malvern yet close to all major amenities such as a walmart superstore, most fast food restaurants and some really good authentic mexican restaurants Just 40 minutes drive from Littlerock will get you here. The property is set on a beautiful backdrop consisting of 2.8 acres and lots of pine trees, a year round creek and beautiful hay field in the back! Many species of fish and turtles in abundance in the creek. Feel free to explore, take your kids out in the morning to breathe in that fresh and watch the fish swim, watch the deer come out at night to feed on the hay fields. You are welcome to explore all of it but please DO not hunt any dear or fish in the creek as we treat them like our pets.The house has been recently remodeled with modern amenities and it has 3 full bed rooms and 1.5 bathrooms..

Summary: My wife and I do a lot of vacation home renting. We primarily look for places with a hot tub / Jacuzzi due to medical conditions whose symptoms are allieviated by said amenity. I say that to say this: the listing stated "hot tub" in two separate places, and there was no hot tub when we arrived. Obviously I brought this up to the owner, who immediately said no there's no hot tub and asked for a screenshot of where it stated that, which I provided. The owner went on to say that VRBO listed the property for them (what?) and that there's no way it could be their fault. After about an hour of back and forth explaining to them that a hot tub is the only reason we booked their location, they said we could leave now, leave in the morning, or deal with it, but offered zero recompense for the issue. If we decided to stay then they would allow us to fill up the bath tub with hot water if we would like. A fun thing we discovered about the bath tub is that the tub faucet doesn't produce hot water, only the shower head. So a hot bath consists of sitting in the tub with the shower raining down on you... The place wasn't clean. It was clean in the "we sort of swept and dusted obvious places" kind of way that children clean. We had to dig through the closets to find coffee that "was supposed to be left out". Overall a let down of a location. If refunds were instant we would have found another place.
