other things to note
unfortunately, i don’t allow pets; and no smoking in the apartment, however there’s a balcony where you can smoke outside
the check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12noon Though I can be flexible about the check in and check out time. Please send me a message on VRBO and I will quickly reply to you if your check in/ out time is feasible that day, or not.
stays more than a month, i can offer you a special rate per month inclusive of all bills That is, internet, water, electricity, security, and cleaning twice a week. Just let me know and we can discuss.

in the event of any maintenance or repair issues at the property, i will work diligently to address them promptly and minimize any inconvenience to you as my guest
i understand that some guests prefer minimal interaction, and i fully respect your privacy I will not enter the property without your consent, except for emergency situations or as required by law. However, the housekeeper will do general cleaning including change towels and beddings after every 2 days for long stay guests- the specific days shall be communicated to you in advance.
