The towns of Berrima and Moss Vale are within 10-15 minutes drive, and the outer lying areas of Burrawang and Robertson can be reached within 25 minutes drive.

how is the property laid out?
hollydale is a single level home, configured as follows:
enter the home through the welcoming barn doors to the foyer with modern chandelier The left wing of the house features a very large lounge room with cathedral ceiling, modern fireplace, big screen TV and games. This living room leads into the glassed conservatory. Also in this wing is the eating nook with table and chairs, and a lovely double bedroom. The house then leads to an open plan kitchen and dining area surrounded by large glass doors that open to an outdoor terrace. In the right wing of the house is the large master bedroom with King bed, elegant ensuite, flat screen TV and dedicated workspace. Off the hall there are 2 Queen bedrooms, a large bathroom with separate powder room, as well as an additional living area with another flat screen TV and additional workspace. The laundry with washing machine and dryer is also in this area, as well as internal access to the four car garage.

complimentary wifi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email The property also has three smart TVs, one in the main lounge room, one in the Master bedroom, and another in the second living room. Please bring your own login details for streaming services. Board games are also available in the drawers below the living room TV.
