The semi-detached house with a fenced garden (fence height 1.20 m) is located in the quaint little village of Wandelwitz, only 3 km to the beach. The brick building has been completely renovated and offers the convenience of a bathtub, a new TV, a lockable storage room for bicycles, motorbikes, etc as well as car parking spaces, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and an extra built-in toilet door to chat with the nice villagers. Non smoking house (including storage room). dogs very welcome!
the 90 square meter house from 1900 stands on a 750 square meter plot Downstairs is the bathroom and the eat-in kitchen with a second entrance door. A couch can be pulled out to a double bed. A wooden staircase leads to the two bedrooms on the first floor.
