the holiday home schwedenhaus zierow, newly built in swedish country house style in 2012, consists of two residential units (house 23a and house 23b) and offers you soothing cosiness for a relaxing and restful holiday with your family or friends
house 23b (semi-detached house) has a living space of approx 54 square metres and is newly and modernly furnished. The original Swedish red (faluröd) wooden façade, the white doors and lattice windows and the lovingly landscaped outdoor area make the holiday home friendly and inviting. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living and dining room with kitchen, bedroom (two single beds), hallway and bathroom, upstairs there is a large sleeping gallery (double bed) and reading corner. A flat-screen TV with satellite reception is available in the living area. The bathroom has a large floor-to-ceiling/barrier-free shower, the terraces (equipped with garden furniture) and walkways are made of wood, the majority of the fully fenced property is laid with decorative stones and discreetly planted. Thanks to the south-west orientation of the house, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace well into the evening hours, and there is also a garden shed (lockable), a garden barbecue and your own parking space.
