this beautiful, well-tended holiday house, comprehensively renovated in 2015, enjoys an idyllic location on a very quiet residential road by the edge of the forest, in a row of little houses, on an elevation in the wonderful little town of virserum in the midst of the hilly småländ highlands with many forests and lakes The big garden affords a view of the “Dackestupet” downhill ski piste and the little town.

The house with around 100m² of living space can accommodate a maximum of eight people and features an open layout in combination with furnishing of a high standard. It has two separate bedrooms each with two single beds (90 x 200cm). The living room with a fireplace provides two sofa beds each for two people (140 x 200cm). There is also a sofa bed (90 x 200cm) in the dining area. A cot and a highchair complete the family-friendly furnishing. The property is of course heated and habitable in winter. All the rooms have electric radiators. There is also a heat pump which ensures that the house can be heated quickly, along with the fireplace.
