this detached villa in a fantastic panoramic position directly above the sea with super sea views is situated on a garden plot of approx 1000 square metres at an altitude of approx. 25 metres. The garden area in front of the house is planted with bougainvillea, palm trees and other Mediterranean ornamental plants. The sandy bay of S. Maria with restaurants and shops is around the corner of a small rocky cape.
