the house joska has a living area of 220m2 This villa has been completely and expensively rebuilt and newly furnished. The garden has an area of 1300 m2. Facilities: a heated indoor-swimming pool , sauna, steambath-room.There is a large lounge with a fireplace which has a direct entrance to the conservatory and to an indoor swimming pool , and from windergarden to a beautiful garden.A part of the big lounge is formed by a dining room which is panelled with marble. On the ground floor there is also a well-equipped modern kitchen. Washdisher and washing-machine are also in the house. In the villa there are two bathrooms, one is equipped with a bath, and 2 WCs, four bedrooms; apart from that there is a sauna, a steam bath, a very large, 100 m2 big terrace on the top floor, and a spacious WINTERGARDEN with some chairs and plants.On the spot, there are possibilities of good meal in plenty of restaurants, but also take a bath in a river or in outdoor pools, golf, hiking routes, fishing, horseriding, tennis and squash halls.
