The house with 250 m² private garden and sun terrace is located in a quiet car-free bungalow park directly behind the dike to the Ijsselmeer, so that the sea and the beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot without crossing a road. The living/dining room is furnished with a dining table and five chairs as well as a cosy sofa and two armchairs. There is also a sideboard with a flat-screen TV. The two bedrooms are accessed from the living room. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds (1.80 x 2.00 metres), a wardrobe and bedside tables. The kitchen and bathroom were also completely renovated in 2020 and are modern and extensively equipped.

Here you will find many small Dutch shops that invite you to browse, not only in bad weather. There are several supermarkets in the town centre for daily shopping, including Lidl and Aldi. Along the idyllic canal that flows through the town centre, you can relax in the many street cafés and restaurants. There are several marinas 500 metres from the house. There is a newly built indoor swimming pool on the beach and a smaller swimming pool with sauna and solarium 500 metres opposite the bungalow park.
