this booking option is for the larger of the two houses: it offers around 9,500 sq ft of modern, stylish accommodation with each 400 sq ft bedroom suite and a large bathroom with walk in shower In total, the property can accommodate up to 15 people. The main living space - the salon - is around 1,500 sq ft and has been kitted out with a projector, stereo sound system and cinema screen. The house boasts an expansive layout set out over 4 floors. Each level has real wood floors. The ground floor opens with a wide entrance with wooden church pew and occasional table. To the left of the main doors is the kitchen and dining area. The tiled kitchen is resplendent with a wood fired Rayburn - which provides the heating for the kitchen/dining area - and cooker with hob and electric oven. There is a 'U' shaped breakfast bar and along the back wall, double stainless steel sink. Equipment in the kitchen comprises full length storage cupboards with cookware and crockery, tall fridge, small chest freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and pods, chopping board, 5-knife rack, 4 slice toaster, kettle, water urn, industrial microwave. Underneath the double sinks are drawers complete with cutlery, ovenware and cookware. There are comfortable stools around the breakfast bar. In the dining area, guests are provided with tables and chairs for cosy meals.
