the villa is located 4 km above garda on a plot of land with large olive trees Inside the property there is space for 4 vehicles behind the electric gate.
following extensive renovation, this holiday home has been equipped with a great deal of comfort: air conditioning for the summer, underfloor heating in the bathrooms for the transitional period The living room has an open fireplace and upholstered furniture.
the large eat-in kitchen is very well equipped: cooking island, 2 fridges with freezer compartment, gas hob, oven, dishwasher and much more
there are 3 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 of which have their own enclosed outdoor area for open-air showers
there is also a 4th bedroom with a bunk bed (also suitable for adults) and its own balcony
in front of the living/dining area there is a 60 m² terrace with views of the countryside with a pool and numerous places to sunbathe
another highlight is the large 32 x 3.2 metre chessboard set into the floor.
the pool can be heated on request, the costs for this can be requested from the landlord
