the holiday home, renovated in 2014, is located in a quiet residential area of the town of colomiers, just ten minutes from toulouse
the gated property has a beautifully landscaped mediterranean garden and a private swimming pool measuring 11 x 5 m (depth 150 m). In front of the pool, you can relax on two sun loungers with a parasol. Garden furniture is also available. Guests can also park their cars in the private car park in front of the house.
the holiday home measures around 40 m² and is designed for a maximum of three people (ideally two adults and a child) It is tastefully furnished and consists of an open-plan living area comprising a bedroom with en suite bathroom, a lounge and a dining area. The living room has a sofa bed (120 x 190 cm) for a third person/child and satellite TV. Access is gained to the open-plan kitchen, in front of which is a small fold-down dining table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. Two small steps to the left of the kitchen lead down a passageway to the doorless bedroom, with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom with corner shower, washbasin and WC. All rooms have electric heating and wireless internet access is also available via WLAN.
