this detached single-family house is on a quiet side street within a residential estate in the wulsdorf district and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor

The modern living room provides a pull-out sofa bed for two people (140cm wide), a coffee table, a TV for leisurely evenings and a dining table with chairs. Large windows allow plenty of daylight into the generous room. Beautiful wooden stairs lead to the upper floor. The generous bedroom is light, inviting and open towards the living room. It is furnished with a double bed (180cm wide) and built-in cupboards with plenty of storage space. There is also enough space for your own supplementary bed. The generously fitted bathroom has a corner bath, shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. A washing machine (for use free of charge) and board games are also available. All the rooms have heating and free Wi-Fi.
