beautiful single-family house in country house style from the 50s with wonderful privacy is located in the middle of the idyllic village of anif (approx 6 km from the city of Salzburg).

There are 5 bicycles waiting to be used for excursions in the area.On the ground floor there is a large living room with two sofas and a dining table for 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen offers you a small dining table with bench and 2 chairs. From the kitchen you can also get into the unheated winter garden. On the ground floor there is next to the anteroom and a walk-through room as a bedroom with a bed and a box as well as a bedroom with a spacious shower, washbasin and its own box.On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms with double beds and walk-in closets. One of the bedrooms has a small balcony. The bathroom with washbasin, bathtub and separate shower is also on the upper floor.
