this is a new and modern guesthouse in a very quiet location on the edge of a village and close to the soča river It is in the west of Slovenia, near the Italian border, surrounded by tranquil villages and national parks, in the river valley to the west of Tolmin.

this holiday apartment totals 66m² on two floors The ground floor has a modern kitchen-diner with an integrated living room area with a sofa bed, and a bathroom behind it. The stairs lead up to the two bedrooms, each with a double bed and an external door to the wooden balcony. The double beds have bedside tables with reading lamps on either side. The second bedroom also has a spacious wardrobe with a mirror. The modern kitchen unit provides a four-zone hob with an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and all kinds of small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle, for self-catering. You go past the dining table with six chairs in the middle of the room to the cosy living room area with a pull-out sofa bed. The wall-mounted flatscreen TV has a USB port, so you can watch films you have brought with you on a USB stick. The 12 TV channels are Slovenian.
