The house can be reached from the town centre in 10 minutes on foot via a stepped footpath. Access by road is only permitted for residents and holiday guests. In spring 2023, we redesigned the garden (raising the terrain, reseeding the lawn, pergola). The garden is now accessible via a footpath directly from the public car park. Bicycles, trailers and pushchairs can be parked in the garden in a wooden garage with a charging socket.Ascona and surroundingsTicino, with its Mediterranean charm, is the sunshine capital of Switzerland. Ascona is wonderful for relaxing, swimming in Lake Maggiore (sandy beach) and hiking in the surrounding mountains and valleys.
