Summary: This hotel is very outdated. No charging USB port for electronic devices in the room. The room is very big 37m2 but the toilet and shower areas are extremely small. Even hard to turn around in the shower room to get change. No hooks to hang clothings in the shower room or bathroom or doors before shower. The dinner buffet is rather mediocre. Spans a lot of area but the quality not very good. The crabs provided in the buffet not tasty. Luckily we paid extra to get a Japanese hairy crab (10000yen) and it was tasty!! The sashimi did not look fresh at all. The buffet session is a bit short given the time spent on hotpot making. The spa was excellent, spacious and comfy - particularly the outdoor one. Cleansing and Skincare items provided were good. The buffet breakfast was ok but some items resemble those in the buffet dinner
