the condo offers two public lots across from the building Additional parking may be found on the street. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and plenty of barware to go around. There is a washer and dryer in the unit should you need to do laundry while you are away. The building has an elevator and a coded entrance.

The condo is located in The Old City, which offers several restaurants and shops; and a two-minute walk to The Mill and Mine. Downtown Knoxville, Market Square and Old North Knox are within a ten-to-fifteen-minute walk. a 20-minute walk or a five minute drive will have you on campus and ready for game day!
