this apartment was taken down to the studs and completely reimagined to include modern amenities while maintaining the historic integrity of the home the apartment features beautiful, exposed brick and tons of large windows that showcase amazing unobstructed views of colonial lake!
the house is elevated and you will ascend one flight of stairs to reach this first floor unit Upon entering the main floor, you are greeted with historic charm and loads of natural light from the large Broad Street facing windows. The open kitchen and living room is the perfect place to entertain! The living room features a comfortable seating area with a sofa, chairs, and a large, Smart TV. a large dining table with seating for 6, separates the living room from the kitchen and is the perfect place to enjoy a family meal, or use as a work from home space! the modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and plenty of cabinet space!
just off of the living room and kitchen area is one the half bath a few steps away, is first bedroom, with a queen sized bed, smart tv & a large en-suite bathroom, with a large bathtub!
the second bedroom is just down a short hallway from the kitchen, and has a full sized bed, 65in smart tv and en-suite bathroom both bedrooms have amazing closet space!

With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
