the historic bulls head dates back to the 17th century A former public house, this property was a buy to let for many years until we lovingly restored the building. It has very recently completed a £100,000 restoration, ready for you to experience the former glory of this wonderful grade II listed building as it was meant to be. We have parking on site for up to 3 cars and a beautiful garden area to soak up the sun. The garden also contains a brand new hot tub to relax in. A large pool and dining table and modern updated living spaces provide the ideal area to relax and enjoy company.

the main dining area boasts one of the largest historic stone fireplaces in derbyshire The large table in this room comfortably seats twelve people in luxurious surroundings but also coverts into a 3/4 size snooker table for further entertainment when the evening meal is concluded. In the spacious living room, there is yet another grade II listed Derbyshire stone fireplace as well as many other historic features. The bedrooms all boast historic features including fireplaces and 17th century exposed roof beams.
