- the kitchen and dining area, as well as the upstairs sitting area are all available as shared communal spaces with the guests of the downstairs suites
- there are outdoor security camera at both the front and back doors There are also indoor cameras that monitor the hallways; there are two downstairs positioned over the entry door and two upstairs with one over the back door and the other mounted above the entryway to the lounge area. These cameras strictly cover the hallways which are considered common areas. There are no cameras in the kitchen, lounge, or any of the suites.
