side b of this duplex home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with 2 pullout sofas for additional sleeping This beautiful marshfront property features a large, partially covered porch/balcony facing the Marsh for amazing sunsets and unparalleled wildlife viewing. An outdoor patio and gas grill make the perfect spot for cookouts and crab boils along the Marsh. A boat dock, kayaks, SUP, life jackets & crabbing gear are all available for guest use, though these special amenities are shared between guests on Sides A and B. When it comes to ocean/beach time, beach access is just steps across the street and easily accessible from the home . no matter what you crave, hipnautic has you covered!
watch the sunrise over the ocean from the rooftop deck each morning, take a leisurely kayak journey along the tidal creeks, feast upon freshly caught fish & blue crab for dinner, then watch the sunsets over the marsh at night from anywhere on the back side of the home these are just a few of the many reasons this beautiful home is a favorite among families & groups!
