set on a scenic 8-acre parcel, this home is your base for all-season adventure Hike, bike, kayak, and fish in the warmer months. When winter rolls in, enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling. A curated guidebook is included to help you find the best local spots during your stay.

enter through the mudroom, which has a washer/dryer and space for coats and shoes
toward the back of the house, you'll find a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath, another queen bedroom, and an office/guest room with a daybed and trundle

smoking is allowed outdoors only
please do not discard cigarette butts on the lawn, deck, or driveway Indoor smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
winter travel tips (october–april)
delaware county is beautiful but can get snowy and icy for safe winter travel:
use awd, fwd, or 4wd vehicles
ensure tires have good winter or all-season tread
avoid 2wd or rwd vehicles in wintry conditions
the driveway is plowed and shoveled, and a snow shovel is provided for your use If you're unfamiliar with winter driving, consider checking out safety tips from AAA or similar sources before your trip.
