beautifully newly remodeled 1950 farm house This cottage is on 20 manicured acres with access to the properties fire pit and a private pit in the front yard. Plus, lots of walking areas on the property. There is a nice pond and woods view from the living area.
it is just a few minutes from downtown and bathhouse row, and 1 minute off of central avenue And just 1 minute from groceries and a great liquor store. There are restaurants 2-4 minutes away. Lake Hamilton Marinas and boat rentals are 2-3 minutes away.
the cottage is 600 feet off of the road with paved driveway which gives a secluded private feeling The home is about 500 feet from main house with privacy fencing between. For colder months there is a wood burning stove with firewood provided.
