in the first floor you can use a living room with integrated dining place, a beach styled bathroom and a bedroom (220x2.00m water bed) upstairs.
the living room is luxury equipped with a huge couch area, surrounded with rolf benz carpet and beech parquet A Bang & Olufsen TV (Sky Pay TV) and a fast WiFi for your entertainment.
an additional fireplace increases your option of a relaxed stay during chilly weather
the kitchen, gym and the property will be shared as described with myself or with friends, what sometimes happens
also on the first floor two small rooms, another bathroom (includes the sauna) and kitchen (approx 40 m2 total) on the ground floor of a complete renovated house on a 6500m2 property will be your place.
