totally isolated hidden in trees but also close to everything, the three-storey 400 sq m villa manages to blend into the surroundings despite its minimalist design. It can accommodate 10 people in beds.

entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, a 55” satellite hdtv, two indoor dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances An impressive panoramic floor-to-ceiling window from the living room area leads you to the outdoor terrace. There is also a WC on the ground floor.
reaching to the first floor through a staircase there are 3 bedrooms with a double bed The master bed room has access to a large veranda with sitting area which offers breathtaking sea view and also it has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Another independent bathroom with bath and shower is also found on this floor.
