our beautiful home is hidden in a peaceful suburban neighborhood of midtown san diego, only a 5 minutes drive or uber ride to the san diego zoo, gaslamp district, petco park, and little italy It is 10 minutes to Seaport Village, the Convention Center, Coronado, and SeaWorld; and about 15-20 minutes to all San Diego beaches and the La Jolla cliffs.
there is also plenty of public transportation to choose from, depending on your destination

our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with long term neighbors who enjoy their privacy and quiet hours
- please be respectful to our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 7 am
- please observe the maximum occupancy on your reservation If you would like more than 4 people to occupy the home at ANY TIME during your stay, please confirm it with us before check-in, otherwise we will charge the reservation holder’s account $75 per person per night for the entire reservation for each unauthorized guest. Parties or events of any kind are PROHIBITED and will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation. Please note that the premises have decibel noise and crowd detection devices installed to prevent unauthorized parties.
