the living room has a comfortable sofa and armchair positioned in front of the woodburning stove and the double window with view of the bridge The stove is fully set up and easy and safe to use. The dining room has a large bench table perfect for getting everyone around for dinner (seats up to 8), or for cozying up on the window seat with a glass of wine.
the kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven and stove top, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and all the crockery and cookware you might need The combi-boiler provides instant hot water for the bath, shower and taps as well as heat throughout the house.
the main double bedroom enjoys a view of the bridge from the very comfortable double bed The second bedroom has a daybed, large desk and also boasts beautiful views upto the bridge. The daybed can be extended into a king bed for additional guests.

bikes, surfboards, sups etc can be stored in the entry-porch to keep them safe but out of the way The house has parking space for one car directly outside, with more free parking near by.

nip into edinburgh on the train (15 munites, 2 stops) from the station which is 5 minutes walk away Or explore the East Neuk of Fife, St Andrews or Perth which are not far away.
